Description

Reporting To:  Senior Sales/Segment Manager, EN.SURE 

The Sales Manager for EN.SURE products is responsible for achieving the established revenue targets for his region. Further, the Sales Manager is responsible for developing the region, especially by identifying and developing new customer opportunities. 

Principal Responsibilities 

• Ensure the revenue target for the region is meet 

• Identifying and expanding sales applications within the segment 

• Establish service contracts where possible 

• Manage overall relationships with EN.SURE customers for his region: Negotiate sales contracts, maintain forecasts and oversee any other related commercial/operational issues 

• Develop executable business plan to exceed yearly goals 

• Track and understand technology, products and customer trends in assigned markets. 

• Primarily focused on achieving quarterly sales targets and providing up-to-date sales forecast information. 

• Deliver executive-level product and sales presentations to customers’ decision makers. 

• Proactively develop and implement a strategy for the region 

• Ensure pipeline information in the company CRM is always up to date

• EN.SURE customers, trade shows and conferences 

Qualifications - Skills – Experience 

• Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering: electrical, industrial, energy etc. or equivalent Physics Degree 

• Sales and engineering experience in electrical power transmission and distribution industry 

• Experience in selling Linear Sensing products preferred 

• Able to communicate with customers on a technical and commercial level 

• Ability to establish close relationships with key customers on all levels 

• Excellent presentation and problem solving skills 

Travel Requirements 

• Approximately 50% annually, internationally
